Gayle, I want to thank you for helping me through what I found to be a very perplexing issue, the proper installation of a new ignition on a Western cart. As you know, I had tried to do the job which I thought should be easy and managed to get my cart running but I ended up with improper voltage going to my meter, my lights looked like a semi truck on high beams, and my passenger compartment blower was running so fast that it may even have created lift for flight if directed properly. Well, in a short period of time, my cart is just like it should be and I am so thankful of your knowledge and competence. You have earned a long time customer here and I trust what you do. Gayle, I can't imagine a better experience than I had with your company. Your man arrived during the agreed upon time. The golf cart was rolled onto a furniture carpet to protect the road beneath it from stains. Most companies come and take out old batteries, put in new and then are gone. Much time was spent on cleaning out the battery area and replacing any corroded parts. The truck was fully stocked and was able to replace any part that was needed. Kudos for your man. The work was done and the cart looks great and runs "like new". Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be on-site when the work was done but that did not seem to be a problem. Next time I would like to have the batteries thoroughly vetted as I think we have had them for at least 3 years now. Also one of the tires is beginning to show some, what appears to me as, "abnormal" wear. But, as I said that is for next time. Chuck Sylvis
